2. Each spiral unloading machine is equipped with a dust suppression system to ensure that the dust emissions during the unloading process meet environmental protection requirements.
3. The mobile gantry crane adopts a truss beam structure, with a light overall weight, reducing the load requirements on the dock.
4. The shore-side belt conveyor has successfully achieved the application of high belt speed in the powder material transportation industry, reducing the overall investment cost for customers.

5. The cable reel adopts a concealed cable groove structure, effectively avoiding the risk of traditional cables being exposed and damaging the dock.
6. The entire project (including the two spiral unloading machines, the shore-side belt conveyor, the elevator conveyor for storage, the bulk loading at the bottom of the warehouse, and the electrical control system) was delivered with an efficient mode in approximately 50 days, from contract signing, design, production, installation to on-site commissioning and production use.
