AOTUO has 23 years of R&D and manufacturing experience, and its leading products are environment-friendly and efficient screw ship unloaders and transfer station series equipment, including continuous environment-friendly screw ship unloaders, continuous environment-friendly screw coal ship unloaders, continuous environment-friendly clinker ship unloaders, grain ship unloaders, efficient environment-friendly ship loaders, dust collectors, conveying equipment, metering control systems, industrial automation systems, intelligent control systems, etc. AOTUO currently holds over 100 patents for inventions, utilities, designs, and software copyrights. It is a pioneer in the localization of bulk cement screw ship unloaders in China, with its technology and products reaching domestically leading and internationally advanced levels. It is the leading drafter of the industry standard JC/T 2575 "Bulk Cement Screw Ship Unloaders" and has also led the drafting of multiple industry standards such as JC/T 820 "Air Conveying Slip for Cement" and JC/T 2862 "Technical Requirements for Complete Equipment of Bulk Cement Transfer Stations." "Cement Clinker (Coal) Screw Ship Unloader and Supporting Transfer System" independently developed by AOTUO has been recognized as China's First (Set) Major Technical Equipment. The maximum designed unloading capacity is 3,000 tph and the vessels it can handle reach up to 200,000 DWT.

Technical Research and Development
AOTUO regards technological innovation as the driving force behind its development, with an annual R&D investment consistently exceeding tens of millions of yuan. The company has established a dedicated technical R&D department, staffed by an experienced and highly innovative team. For nearly two decades, the team has focused on the research and development of screw ship unloader technology, pioneering various installation methods for screw ship unloaders, including fixed, truck-mounted, ship-mounted, rail-mounted mobile, and tire-mounted mobile types.  
Production Quality
AOTUO has a Class A production workshop covering nearly 14,000 square meters, equipped with advanced inspection equipment such as fully automatic CNC machine tools, laser trackers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, adhesion testers, ultrasonic thickness gauges, and idler shaft phase tester devices. Automated welding robots have also been introduced, along with comprehensive process, welding, and painting assembly lines. The production team is highly skilled, with over 70% being intermediate or senior technicians, and regularly participates in training to continuously improve their production techniques. The management team implements lean quality management practices, utilizing PDCA, TQM, QCC, SPC, 8D, and traditional as well as modern quality management tools to enforce closed-loop standardized management and ensure product quality.

2026

  • "Cement Clinker (Coal) Screw Ship Unloader and Supporting Transfer System" independently developed by AOTUO has been recognized as China's First (Set) Major Technical Equipment.

2025

  • The active obstacle-avoiding automatic ship-loading robot completed development and was delivered to customers.

2024

  • The environmentally friendly continuous multi-material ship unloader was successfully developed and delivered to customers.

  • Large-scale coal ship loaders successfully entered the European market.

2023

  • The truck-mounted ship unloader was successfully developed and delivered to customers. 

  • The wheeled mobile screw ship unloader was successfully developed.

2022

  • The tire-mounted mobile screw ship unloader and clinker ship unloader were successfully developed and put into production. 

2021

  • The screw elevator, universal pneumatic bulk loading head, dust-free loading machine, and online cleaning system have all been successfully developed.

2020

  • The screw ship unloader without intermediate support was successfully developed.

2019

  • The environmentally friendly intelligent coal unloading and storage logistics system was successfully developed.

2018

  • China's first environmentally friendly screw coal unloader was successfully developed and put into smooth operation.

  • The successful signing of projects between Australia and the Philippines marks the official launch of the company's Belt and Road strategy.

2017

  • Aotuo Supply Chain Co., Ltd. was established.

2016

  • Aotuo Electromechanical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. was restructured and renamed HANGZHOU AOTUO MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL CO., LTD.

  • AOTUO was officially listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ, the "New Third Board"), marking the start of a new journey.

  • The 800 tph screw ship unloader was successfully developed.

2015

  • Aotuo Electromechanical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. acquired Hangzhou Bulk Unloading Equipment Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Aotuo Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd.  in full, laying a solid foundation for the company's public listing.

  • Aotuo Electromechanical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. was honored as the nation's first "Three-Star Ready-Mixed Mortar Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise."

  • The innovative patented product, the anti-surge screw unloader/shipper mechanical lightering system, was successfully put into operation.

2014

  • Hangzhou Aotuo Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of China's first "Three-Star Ready-Mixed Mortar Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise" .

  • The ship-mounted unloader was successfully put into production.

2013

  • The company officially moved its offices to the Renhe Advanced Manufacturing Base. The new factory site covers an area of 50.17 mu.

  • The company launched its first two self-developed "Aotuomu" spraying machines.

2012

  • The complete set of equipment for a 200,000 tons per year (and above) ready-mixed mortar production line was successfully developed and recognized as a "Hangzhou City Major First-of-its-Kind Technological Equipment of the Year."

2011

  • The Second Branch of Hangzhou Aotuo Electromechanical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. was established.

  • The 500 tph rail-mounted mobile screw ship unloader and the triple-pass dryer were successfully developed and were honored as the "Provincial-Level Scientific Research Achievement of the Year."

  • The company received the "Top 10 Supplier Innovation Award in China's Mortar Industry for 2011."

2010

  • The "High-Efficiency Zero-Waste Ready-Mixed Mortar Production Line" passed provincial new product appraisal in Zhejiang Province. In the same year, sales performance successfully exceeded the 100 million yuan milestone.

2009

  • The first ordinary ready-mixed mortar production line was officially put into operation.

2008

  • The company was elected for the first time as the Vice Chairperson Unit of the China Bulk Cement Promotion and Development Association and as the Deputy Director Unit of the Equipment Technology Professional Committee of the China Bulk Cement Promotion and Development Association.

2006

  • The "AOTUO" trademark was approved.

  • A ready-mixed mortar equipment R&D team was established.

2005

  • The first screw ship unloader in China was successfully commissioned within the factory, and in the same year, the company's sales performance exceeded 10 million.

  • The clinker bulk loader was delivered from the factory.

2004

  • The company established a screw ship unloader R&D team and successfully developed a 200 tph screw ship unloader. This breakthrough shattered the long-standing technological barriers and the monopoly held by overseas well-known enterprises in the international market for bulk cement screw ship unloaders.

  • The company's headquarters relocated to the XiHu Technology Park.

2003

  • Six natural persons, including Ji Guibo and Yuan Xikang, jointly invested to establish Hangzhou Aotuo Electromechanical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd.

  • The first batch of cement bulk loaders left the factory. In December of the same year, the 100th cement bulk loader was successfully produced.

  • The first branch of Hangzhou Aotuo Electromechanical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
