Project Introduction
The air conveying chute is a widely used equipment for conveying powdered materials. Mainly used for conveying cement and raw material powder. Air conveying chutes are divided into two types: closed conveying chutes (referred to as chutes) and open inflatable chutes (referred to as inflatable chutes). The inclined groove is composed of several thin steel plates connected and arranged at a certain slope along the direction of transportation. The tank body is composed of upper and lower tank bodies, as well as a breathable layer sandwiched between the upper and lower tank bodies. The transported material is fed into the upper tank from the high end, and the air is blown into the lower tank by a blower and distributed between the particles through a breathable layer, forming a flowing state (i.e. fluidization), which slides down the slope to achieve the purpose of conveying. An inflatable tank is a tank body composed of a breathable layer and a lower tank body, generally used for homogenization or discharge inside the warehouse.
