Air Slide Conveyor for Powdered Materials - China Suppliers & Factory with High Capacity Solutions
Project Introduction
The air conveying chute is a widely used equipment for conveying powdered materials. Mainly used for conveying cement and raw material powder. Air conveying chutes are divided into two types: closed conveying chutes (referred to as chutes) and open inflatable chutes (referred to as inflatable chutes). The inclined groove is composed of several thin steel plates connected and arranged at a certain slope along the direction of transportation. The tank body is composed of upper and lower tank bodies, as well as a breathable layer sandwiched between the upper and lower tank bodies. The transported material is fed into the upper tank from the high end, and the air is blown into the lower tank by a blower and distributed between the particles through a breathable layer, forming a flowing state (i.e. fluidization), which slides down the slope to achieve the purpose of conveying. An inflatable tank is a tank body composed of a breathable layer and a lower tank body, generally used for homogenization or discharge inside the warehouse.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What are the primary applications of an air conveying chute?
It is primarily used for the efficient transportation of powdered materials, specifically cement and raw material powders in industrial settings.
Q2: What are the two main types of air conveying chutes available?
Air conveying chutes are classified into closed conveying chutes (standard chutes) and open inflatable chutes (used for homogenization or discharge).
Q3: How does the fluidization process work in the chute?
A blower forces air into the lower tank, which passes through a breathable layer to the material. This creates a fluidized state, allowing the powder to slide down the inclined slope.
Q4: What is the structural composition of the tank body?
The tank body consists of an upper and lower section with a specialized breathable layer sandwiched between them, all constructed from durable thin steel plates.
Q5: Why choose your company's air conveying chute technology?
Our equipment integrates advanced global technologies, offering an innovative structure, attractive design, and high economic efficiency for material handling.
