Australia Sydney Rail-Mounted Screw Ship Unloader

The cement from the 39,500 DWT bulk carrier docked at the berth is unloaded via the screw conveyor of the ship unloader and transferred through the discharge screw conveyor to the shore-side transfer chute. It is then transported to the storage area via the rear conveying system, with an annual throughput capacity of 1 million tons.

The cement is collected by the reclaiming device, then extracted by the reclaiming screw conveyor. A vertical screw conveyor performs the critical height elevation, after which the material is transferred through the horizontal section of the horizontal screw conveyor and finally discharged via the unloader's discharge screw conveyor onto the rear chute conveyor, completing the continuous ship unloading operation.
