This project involves the installation of one 600 tph continuous environment-friendly screw coal ship unloading system. The system unloads coal from bulk carriers using a screw-type ship unloader, which then connects via a discharge chute to the conveyor belt beneath the gantry to complete the transfer. The scope of work includes all activities throughout the entire process, including design, manufacturing, supply, transportation, installation, commissioning, and performance testing.
After the bulk carrier docks at the wharf, the continuous environment-friendly screw coal ship unloader moves into the operational area. The discharge chute of the unloader aligns and connects with the conveyor belt beneath the gantry. Once the connection is established, the unloader begins operation and transports coal onto the conveyor belt.
