China Suppliers Factory: Vehicle-Mounted Screw Ship Unloader for Zhuhai Gaolan Port - 150-500 TPH Capacity
Project Introduction
This project is equipped with a 150 tph fly ash vehicle-mounted screw ship unloading system. This system unloads fly ash from a bulk carrier using a screw ship unloader, connects it with a mobile bulk loading platform through a discharge screw, and then directly loads it onto the ship. All work involved in the entire process, including design, manufacturing, supply, transportation, installation, commissioning, performance testing, etc.
Equipment Introduction
The basic process flow of the vehicle-mounted screw ship unloading system is as follows (including but not limited to): After the bulk carrier berths at the terminal, the vehicle-mounted screw ship unloader enters the operating area, and the discharge spout of the unloader is connected to the mobile bulk loading platform. After the docking is completed, the unloading machine starts operating and loads the bulk truck. The mobile bulk loading platform is equipped with two loading channels. When any one of the bulk loading machines is full and alarms, it automatically switches to the other bulk loading machine for operation.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the unloading capacity of the vehicle-mounted screw system?
The system is designed with a high-efficiency capacity of 150 tons per hour (tph) specifically for fly ash handling.
What services are included in the project scope?
The project provides a comprehensive end-to-end solution, including design, manufacturing, supply, transportation, installation, commissioning, and performance testing.
How does the system transfer fly ash from the carrier?
The screw ship unloader extracts the fly ash from the bulk carrier and transfers it through a discharge screw connected to a mobile bulk loading platform.
Does the system allow for continuous loading without interruption?
Yes, the mobile bulk loading platform features dual loading channels. It automatically switches to the second channel once the first bulk loading machine is full.
Is the equipment mobile or fixed?
The system is highly flexible and mobile, consisting of a vehicle-mounted screw unloader and a mobile bulk loading platform for easy deployment at terminals.
What happens when a loading tank is full?
The system is equipped with an alarm and an automatic switching mechanism that redirects the flow to an available loading channel immediately.
