April 17, 2003Hangzhou Aotuo Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established.

2004Successfully developed China's first continuous screw ship unloader (200 tph), breaking the long-standing overseas technical barriers and monopoly, and initiating the path of innovation and self-reliance for Chinese brands in the independent R&D and manufacturing of screw ship unloaders.

2006The “AOTUO” trademark was officially launched.The AOTUO screw ship unloader passed the Zhejiang provincial-level new product appraisal.

2008Aotuo was elected for the first time as the Vice Chairman of the China Bulk Cement Promotion and Development Association and the Deputy Director of the Equipment Technology Professional Committee.

2011The first (set) 500 tph continuous rail-mounted mobile screw ship unloader in China was successfully developed.

2013AOTUO has welcomed its third relocation and officially settled in the 35,000 square meters self built office and production base of Renhe Advanced Manufacturing Base (now Yuhang Economic Development Zone).

2014China's first truck-mounted screw ship unloader and the first ship-mounted screw ship unloader were successfully developed.

20151. Wholly acquire Hangzhou Bulk Material Unloading Equipment Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Aotuo Technology Co., Ltd., and reorganize into Hangzhou Aotuo Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd.2. China's first (set) mechanical transfer system featuring a swell-resistant continuous screw ship unloader + ship loader (700 tph, adaptable to the maximum vessel size of 76,000 DWT) for offshore operations was successfully developed.

20161. It was listed on the Small and Medium Enterprise Equity Transfer System (the New Third Board) in China, with the stock short name "AOTUO" and stock code 837814.
2. The rail-mounted screw ship unloader with the output per machine-hour of 800 tph has been successfully researched and development.

Hong Kong Aotuo International Co., Ltd. was established.2.The first environment-friendly screw coal ship unloader (600 tph) and intelligent warehousing and logistics system in China have been successfully developed.3. Signed a contract with FALCON CEMEN (Australia) to officially enter the developed country market with the AOTUO brand screw ship unloader.4. The signing of the contract with PHILCEMENT (The Philippines) marks that the Aotuo brand screw ship unloader is deeply rooted in the "Belt and Road Initiative" countries.

2. The industry standard JC/T 2862-2024 "Technical Requirements for Complete Equipment of Bulk Cement Transfer Stations" led by AOTUO has been officially approved and fully implemented.
3. The industry standard JC/T 820-2024 "Air Conveying Channel for Cement," developed under the leadership of AOTUO, has been officially approved and fully implemented.
