Project Introduction
The project is equipped with one set of 1,200 tph rail-mounted screw ship unloading system. This system unloads cement from bulk carriers using a screw-type ship unloader and transports the material to the side belt conveyor and the belt conveyor at the base of the port crane through a combination of discharge screw, chute, and air slide. It includes all processes such as design, manufacturing, supply, transportation, installation, commissioning, and performance testing.

Equipment Introduction
The basic process flow of rail-mounted screw ship unloading system is as follows (but not limited to): After the bulk carrier docks at the dock, the rail-mounted mobile ship unloader moves into the operating area. The discharge chute of the unloader connects with the belt conveyor. Once the connection is complete, the unloader begins feeding material from the ship's hold and conveying it to the belt conveyor until the operation is completed.
