Ningbo Wanhua Rail-Mounted Screw Ship Unloader

The Red Lion Group's Guangzhou Port Maoming Terminal project aims to create a 5 million tons per year scale green cement transit and storage base, using ATXL800B as the core unloading equipment. The equipment operates stably with a rated unloading capacity of 800 tph and a maximum production capacity of 1000 tph. It is suitable for various tonnage cargo ships and efficiently undertakes the unloading of materials such as cement and mineral powder. Equipped with fully sealed belt conveyors and other supporting equipment, the dust emission during operation is ≤10 mg/m ³, perfectly meeting the environmental protection requirements of the port and ensuring the continuous and stable transit supply of the base.

The equipment is based on a track moving door base, equipped with a rotating tower, horizontal arm, vertical arm, and dedicated material retrieval device, and tracks the position of materials through three-dimensional motion. Relying on the coordinated transmission of horizontal screw and vertical screw, the materials are lifted from the cabin to the onshore conveying system through the closed pipeline, supporting three operation modes of manual, remote control and intelligent automatic. The ATXL800B is suitable for various ship types of 1000-70000 DWT, and can easily deal with cement, mineral powder, grain and other powdered materials. The core parameters reach a rated unloading capacity of 800 tph, and the entire operation is controllable and traceable.
