The Rail-Mounted Screw Ship Unloader can move longitudinally along the dock tracks, offering strong maneuverability. By utilizing the bidirectional horizontal rotation of the rotary tower, the luffing motion of the horizontal boom on the tower, the swinging of the vertical arm, and the movement of the gantry crane, the reclaiming device can achieve three-dimensional movement to track the material position for reclaiming. The material is then lifted by the vertical screw conveyor to the horizontal screw conveyor and finally discharged automatically via the discharge device onto the shore-side conveying system.

The unloading process takes place within enclosed pipelines, resulting in almost no dust pollution, low noise, and easy operation. Compared with vacuum-type and grab-type ship unloaders, it offers significant advantages in energy conservation and environmental protection. It is suitable for unloading powdery and granular bulk materials such as cement, mineral powder, fly ash, fertilizer, and grain.
