Philippines Tyre-Mounted Screw Ship Unloader

This project includes the installation of two sets of 300 tph tyre-mounted screw ship unloaders. The equipment unloads cement from bulk carriers using screw-type ship unloaders and then transfers it to the subsequent handling system. The scope covers all work throughout the entire process, including design, manufacturing, supply, transportation, installation, commissioning, and performance testing.

The basic process flow of the tyre-mounted screw-type ship unloader system is as follows (but not limited to this): After the bulk carrier docks at the wharf, the tyre-mounted screw-type unloader moves into the operational area. The bulk loading head of the unloader aligns and connects with the truck loading system. Once the connection is completed, the unloader begins feeding material from the ship's hold and conveys it to complete the truck loading operation.
