Powder Intelligent Transfer Project Fixed Screw Ship Unloader

The project is located on the bank of the Taidong River in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. It comprises four storage silos, each with a diameter of 25 meters and a single-unit storage capacity of 10,000 tons of cement, resulting in a total storage capacity of 40,000 tons. The facility is equipped with a fixed high-efficiency screw-type ship unloader with a throughput capacity of 300 tph as well as a jib-type environmentally friendly powder ship loader with the same hourly capacity. Used in conjunction with the unloader, this system enables online transshipment, expands sales reach, and enhances product competitiveness. The project focuses on integrated handling operations for cement, fly ash, and mineral powder.

The ship unloader features environmental protection, high efficiency, intelligence, and cost-effectiveness. In the transfer process, it utilizes advanced workflows, intelligent fixed-volume filling, and integrated smart card management across the entire operation line.
