Shandong Jiefeng Rui (Zhuzhuang Port, Laizhou) Rail-Mounted Screw Ship Unloader

The mineral powder and fly ash from the 5,000 DWT transport vessel at the berth are discharged and conveyed to the inlet of the shore-side elevator via the screw conveyor of the ship unloader. They are then transported to the storage area through the rear conveying system for storage and bulk shipment, achieving an annual throughput capacity of 1 million tons per year.

The powdered material is collected by the reclaiming device, then extracted by the reclaiming screw conveyor. A vertical screw conveyor performs the critical height elevation, after which the material is transferred through the horizontal section of the horizontal screw conveyor and finally conveyed via a discharge chute to the elevator inlet, completing the continuous ship unloading operation.
