This project is equipped with one set of 800 tph mobile intelligent environment-friendly ship loader. The material transported from behind should be loaded onto the bulk carrier through a screw conveyor. All work involved in the entire process, including design, manufacturing, supply, transportation, installation, commissioning, performance testing, etc.

The basic process flow of the mobile intelligent environment-friendly ship loader is as follows (but not limited to this): After the bulk carrier docks at the wharf, the mobile intelligent environment-friendly ship loader moves into the operational area. The rear conveying system transports the material to the screw conveyor of the ship loader for receiving. The material is then transferred through horizontal and vertical screws capable of movement, rotation, and tilting, and finally discharged via the outlet screw conveyor, allowing it to be accurately and controllably loaded into designated positions within the ship's hold.
