Shandong Weifang Port Project Environment-friendly Dust Suppression Integrated Loading and Unloading Machine

This equipment is installed at Weifang Port in Shandong Province. The project comprises three sets of environment-friendly dust suppression integrated loading and unloading. All supplied equipment is newly manufactured, with the entire machine designed to achieve dust-free operation and zero pollutant emissions. It complies with relevant environmental and safety standards within China and can be safely and legally used under normal operating conditions.

The basic process flow of the movable environment-friendly dust-free hopper is as follows (though not limited to this): After the bulk carrier docks at the wharf, the bulk loading head connects with the mobile bulk loading platform. Once the connection is completed, the material is grabbed by a grab-type ship unloader and placed into the hopper. The material then falls onto a conveyor belt and is transported via the belt to the bulk loading head for truck loading.
