Shanghai Qinfeng Shipborne Screw Ship Unloader

This project includes the installation of one set of a 300 tph shipborne screw ship unloading system. The system unloads cement from bulk carriers using a screw-type ship unloader, and then connects the discharge screw to the rear material receiving system. The scope covers all work throughout the entire process, including design, manufacturing, supply, transportation, installation, commissioning, and performance testing.

The basic process flow of the shipborne screw ship unloading system (though not limited to this) is as follows: After the bulk carrier docks at the wharf, the shipborne screw ship unloader enters the operational area. The discharge outlet of the unloader's screw conveyor aligns and connects with the subsequent material receiving system. Once the connection is completed, the unloader begins operation and starts conveying material to the follow-up receiving system.
