Project Introduction
This project involves the installation of one set of a 600 tph continuous environment-friendly multi-material ship unloader. The system unloads clinker from bulk carriers using a screw-type unloader, connects it via the bulk loading head to a mobile bulk truck loading platform, and then directly loads the material onto trucks. The scope of work covers all activities throughout the entire process, including design, manufacturing, supply, transportation, installation, commissioning, and performance testing.

Equipment Introduction
The system unloads clinker from bulk carriers using a screw-type unloader, connects it via the bulk loading head to a mobile bulk truck loading platform, and then directly loads the material onto trucks. The scope of work covers all activities throughout the entire process, including design, manufacturing, supply, transportation, installation, commissioning, and performance testing.
The basic process flow of the continuous environment-friendly multi-material ship unloader is as follows (but not limited to this): After the bulk carrier docks at the wharf, the continuous environment-friendly multi-material ship unloader moves into the operational area. The bulk loading head of the unloader connects with the mobile bulk truck loading platform. Once the connection is completed, the unloader begins operation and proceeds with loading the bulk trucks. The mobile bulk truck loading platform is equipped with two loading lanes. When any bulk loader triggers a full-load alarm, the system automatically switches to the other bulk loader for continued operation.
