Adoption of fully enclosed conveying structure + dry mist dust suppression system, from the source to control material leakage and dust dispersion, carbon emissions than traditional equipment to reduce more than 40%, in full compliance with the port and the national environmental protection emission standards. The dust emission is extremely low (even close to zero), which is in full compliance with the increasingly strict port environmental standards and regulatory requirements. It solves the problem of secondary dust pollution of cement, clinker, coal and other powdery materials, and helps customers to build a “green port”.

Efficiency & Stability
Through special reclaimer design, continuous operation mode and precise control technology, the operation efficiency is 15-25% higher than similar equipment, such as AOTUO coal unloader output up to 2,000 tph, and the clearing time is significantly shortened. Screw continuous unloading, no intermittent action such as grabbing, lifting and slewing. Compared with the grab-type ship unloader, it can realize more stable unloading efficiency, especially in the middle and late stage of the ship's cabin during the operation, the efficiency decline is small, thus significantly shortening the ship docking time.

We not only provide ship unloaders, but also matching conveying equipment, dust removal systems, metering control and industrial automation systems. Customers only need to dock with one supplier (AOTUO) to get a one-stop port dry bulk transshipment system, which ensures compatibility between equipment, system stability and overall operation and maintenance efficiency. Secondly, it is able to provide the most matching customized configuration according to the customer's terminal conditions (with or without rails), berth size, ship type to be unloaded and material type, maximizing the return on investment. It supports a variety of installation modes, such as fixed and rail-mounted mobile, and is suitable for 800-200,000 DWT ships and materials with different particle sizes and moisture contents; it can provide single/multiple transmission electrical solutions, hybrid architecture and other customized configurations, and reserve space for intelligent transformation to meet the needs of different ports' working conditions.
