Tianjin Port Shenglong Investment Development Fixed Screw Ship Unloader

This project involves the installation of one set of a 300 tph fixed screw ship unloader. The system unloads materials from bulk carriers using a screw-type unloader, and then connects via an airslide conveyor to the rear material receiving system. The scope of work covers all activities throughout the entire process, including design, manufacturing, supply, transportation, installation, commissioning, and performance testing.

The basic process flow of the fixed screw ship unloader is as follows (but not limited to this): After the bulk carrier docks at the wharf, the fixed screw ship unloader enters the operational area. The unloader then begins operating from the ship's hold and conveys the material via an airslide to the rear receiving system.
