Project Introduction
The project is located at Weihai Port on the Jiaodong Peninsula in Shandong Province, with an annual throughput of 2 million tons of powder materials. It is equipped with one environmentally friendly intelligent ship unloader with a capacity of 500 tph, and four powder storage silos, each with a storage capacity of 10,000 tons, totaling 40,000 tons of material storage. Two intelligent bulk loaders are installed under each silo, requiring no manual attendance. The entire project can achieve unmanned operation.

Equipment Introduction
This project is an integrated solution that combines high efficiency, environmental protection, and automation, aiming to achieve rapid handling, storage, and distribution of bulk materials such as cement, fly ash, and mineral powder. Environment-friendly continuous screw ship unloader: This is the core of the entire transshipment system. It uses a rotating screw mechanism that extends into the ship's hold to continuously convey materials to the transport system, enabling efficient and dust-free unloading. With a rated unloading capacity of up to 500 tph, it also offers significant energy-saving advantages.

Intelligent Control System
Central Control System: This serves as the "brain" of the project, responsible for monitoring and managing the operational status of all production equipment. Through industrial Internet of Things (IoT) technology, it enables automated control of the entire process, including unloading, conveying, storage, and loading.
AI-Powered Intelligent Guidance and Monitoring: AI vision technology is integrated into processes such as ship loading and bulk dispensing, guiding equipment to automatically complete target positioning, alignment, and operations, thereby enhancing precision and safety.
Digital Management Platform: This platform integrates data from three core areas—production control, product sales, and financial management—enabling full-process digital traceability and closed-loop management. It improves operational efficiency and the scientific basis for decision-making within the enterprise.
