Wenling Zheyang Building Materials Fixed Screw Ship Unloader

The powdered material from the 5,000 DWT vessel docked at the berth is unloaded via the screw conveyor of the ship unloader, then conveyed to the shore-side elevator, and finally transported to the storage area through the rear conveying system.

Powdery material is collected by the reclaiming device, then extracted by the reclaiming screw conveyor. A vertical screw conveyor performs the critical height elevation, after which the material is transferred through the horizontal section of the horizontal screw conveyor, enabling seamless connection to the fixed conveying system at the rear of the wharf and completing the continuous ship unloading operation.
