Wenzhou Xinkun Industrial Rail-Mounted Screw Ship Unloader

Cement, mineral powder, and fly ash from the 20,000 DWT vessel docked at the berth are unloaded and conveyed via the screw conveyor of the ship unloader to the shore-side belt conveyor. They are then transported to the storage area through the rear conveying system, achieving an annual throughput of 3 million tons per year.

The powdered materials are collected by the reclaimer, then conveyed by the reclaiming screw conveyor, followed by the crucial height lifting completed by the vertical screw conveyor, and finally transferred through the horizontal section of the horizontal screw conveyor to the belt conveyor at the bottom of the ship unloader's gantry crane, thus fulfilling the continuous ship unloading operation of the materials.
