Yantai Changshengyuan Cement Fixed Screw Ship Unloader

The powdered material from the 5,000 DWT vessel docked at the berth is unloaded and transferred via the screw conveyor of the ship unloader to a discharge chute, where it is directly loaded onto trucks through a bulk loader for shipment.

The powdered material is collected by the reclaiming device, then extracted by the reclaiming screw conveyor. A vertical screw conveyor performs the critical height elevation, after which the material is transferred through the horizontal section of the horizontal screw conveyor and conveyed to the discharge chute conveyor, completing the continuous ship unloading operation.
