Zhejiang Galaxy Building Materials Technology Fixed Screw Ship Unloader

The powdered material from the 5,000 DWT vessel docked at the berth is unloaded and conveyed via the screw conveyor of the ship unloader to the shore-side belt conveyor. It is then transported to the storage area through the rear conveying system, achieving an annual throughput of 1 million tons per year.

Powdery material is collected by the reclaiming device, then extracted by the reclaiming screw conveyor. A vertical screw conveyor performs the critical height elevation, after which the material is transferred through the horizontal section of the horizontal screw conveyor, enabling seamless connection to the rear belt conveyor of the wharf and completing the continuous ship unloading operation.
